Hi lovies! How are we??? Hope everyone’s Sunday has been nothing short of glorious!
Lately I have been feeling so positive and happy. I feel as though I’ve found what works for me, makes me happy, and I’ve never felt more happy/healthy. I have let go of the rules that I had clung to for so long, and am finally living. Being healthy makes me happy. I don’t think any of this would be possible without this blog and all the wonderful people I’ve met and come to know. Y’all are such a blessing!
Okay, enough chit chat–Onto the EATSSS!
Breakfast: OAT BRAN. I tried it and loved it. It wasn’t as creamy as everyone else’s looks, but I am getting the hang of it. It was absolutely delighful. Wooohoo! I am on the oat bran bandwagon now ๐ I had a banana in the oat bran and topped it with raspberries and blueberries along with the normal brown sugar on top and spices mixed in. I put the peanut butter in a little bowl alongside so when I needed it, I topped it with it. I wanted to really enjoy the fresh fruit. YUMMM!
Lunch: I got home after church and nursery (both were fantastic) I was hungry. I decided on a wrap! I put some ham and provolone in it and panini-ed it up ๐ It was delicious! Alongside there was a bowl of fruit–strawberries, raspberries, and few blueberries–, some carrots n’ ketchup, and lastly, an organic apple. Quite the tasty lunch!
I went to yoga today and it was a really good class. I hadn’t had the instructor before, and I liked her a lot. I left and my arms were literally jello. I loved it though ๐
I came home and decided on a smoothie. Here’s what went in: fiberone yogurt, strawberries, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 a mango, raw oatmeal, flax, and milk. It was v. yummy. I kinda based it off Kath’s mango-banana smoothie. In addition to this, I had 1/2 an apple.
Dinner (no pics-sorry!): My mom made some garden vegetable soup, so I had a bowl of that and a peanut butter sandwich, along with an apple. I have had so many fruits and veggies–Lovin’ it!
And that leaves me to now…I am definitely not hungry, but if/when I do, I think I’ll go get a bowl of peach sorbet. Delish! Can’t wait ๐
Have a WONDEROUS night everyone.

Stay positive! Love,

so happy your so happy! love it! xxx
Oooh, what great food you’ve been eating today!
Your oat bran looks great! In answer to your question, I think mine is creamy for 2 main reasons (1) I either add some cottage cheese, ricotta cheese or eggs/egg whites to my oat bran (instead of some of the water) and (2) I aways blend mine after its cooked which definately increases the creaminess. Also, I think flaxmeal adds to the creamy texture too!
You’ve given me a raspberry craving! They look so fresh and delicious – yum!

Hi there,
I found your blog while surfing blogworld. Your eats look delicious!! I’m glad you’re feeling so positive and full of energy! Aren’t those the best types of days?! Could you tell me where you found that adorable bowl that you cooked your oatbran in? I’m obsessed with small bowls like that, especially since cereal and yogurt (which both go in bowls) are my favorite and most eaten foods!!
I love that you put ketchup on your carrots!! hahaha i’m not the only one!!!
Have a great day!
