Hey girls! Ahh, finally my internet’s working. Without further to do, Sunday’s eats!
Sunday’s Eats!
Breakfast: I was running really late breakfast so I had to make my oatmeal in A RUSH. I ended up adding too much liquid because I was in a rush and didn’t enjoy this bowl at all. I love my stove top oats 🙂
Lunch: Leftover Mega-Veggie Pizza–YUM. I also had an un-pictured apple
Snacks: After yoga I grabbed a FABULOUS Cliff bar. It was the oatmeal raisin kind and it was incredible. Cliff ❤
Speaking of yoga, I went to a great class yesterday. It didn’t have a specific focus–it was really challenging. I just love yoga more and more. The instructor told me at the end of class that I was looking really good. Well that just made my day! She’s so sweet 🙂
Dinner: Sweet potato fries and a wrap (turkey, cheese, carrots, and hummus–all in a multi grain wrap)
Monday’s Eats!
Breakfast: I needed some fuel for my exams so I decided on a whole grain english muffin with eggs topped with provolone. I also had apple slices on the side. This breakfast was amaaaazing.
Lunch: This lunch was so good. I, of course, made my sweet potato fries. I also took a wrap and topped it with provolone and tomato. Eeehh, this wasn’t fantastic. But the cheese was pretty good. Nothing like a real Italian pizza. I had an apple on the side. All in all, this lunch was still really yummy!

A while ago, I got a question on how I make my sweet potato fries. So today, I decided to give y’all a little “tutorial.”
Before you do anything, it’s a good idea to get all that you need. At least that’s what I did today 😀
First, I cut my sweet potato in half (or whatever size you want). Then I wash and peel it. Not all of it, I like the skin. Gives it a cool texture.
Next I cut it up into your choice of shape. (lately I’m liking rounds!)
I then drizzle the fries with olive oil, and dump (not literally) some garlic powder, cinnamon, and seasoned salt. After tossing them all I arrange them on a cookie sheet and bake them for ten minutes at 425.
After ten minutes I take them out and flip them over. Then I put them back in for another ten minutes and PRESTO, you have beautiful fries that should look something like this 🙂
Well, I am off! Off to probably go to the gym and commenting. If I don’t get to commenting right now, I will lately. Please let my internet work. PLEASE. Haha, have a GREAT monday! Two exams down, four to go 🙂 The two today went awesome–a lot easier than I thought. Bye ladies!

Lame internet/windows vista. Right now I am on my brothers computer and to blog from it is very annoying so the post/commenting will have to be postponed until tom. afternoon. I will blog right after school (half day–woo woo–all week–just four more half days!!) and recap. I am SO sorry about this–I feel like HORRID blogger lately.
Thanks girls–you all ROCK!
