Hey girlies!! LOTS going on in my life. I’m leaving for Africa in 5 DAYS…trying to get ready for it is a full time job in itself!! I’m SO thankful to my parents for ALL the immense help they’ve given me, they’re so incredible. I’ll be gone for TWO weeks, and I know this trip will be LIFE-CHANGING.
I still have a few things I need to get, but that’ll have to wait for tomorrow/the remaining time.
I’ve been doing a lot of baking lately!! I currently have homemade zucchini bread and homemade banana bread in the kitchen—YUM, YUM! The zucchini bread is just SO fabulous.
Some eats as of late!! FRESCA=the BEST drink. ever. period.

Here are the goodies I’m packing for my trip!!
I had a ROCKIN’ workout today. Worked up quite a sweat, which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve been hitting the weights/abs hard, so I decided to do cardio today!
I did Janetha’s 10-10-10 HITT workout! Although I made a few changes—nixed the treadmill and repeated the elliptical circuit twice. 30 minutes of awesome cardio followed up by 15 minutes on the stationary bicycle.
I’m currently watching Intervention. The girl has anorexia/bulimia, and it is SO hard to watch. Tough stuff, as many of y’all know. I just want to help her—it’s so hard to watch someone suffer and not be able to do anything!
But on a happier note, I’m going to get a pedicure tomorrow morning with my mom 🙂
