Hello there ladies! Has everyone had a good week? Happy HUMP day! It’s almost Friday, y’all 😀

EDIT: I will share my exciting news with y’all in my next post! Sorry! I completely forgot!

  • Stretching and Foam Rolling

I also did some arm stuff but not a lot!! I went crazy with my abs today. Felt great!

I have LOVED being home these past five days. I’ve been able to enjoy creating meals that I usually don’t have time: like…Stove-Top OATMEAL!! 101_0021 I took Kath’s advice and caramelized the banana before I added the oats…SO GOOD! You guys have to try that. 101_0023

101_0025 101_0027 101_0035 Oatmeal made with dried prunes (loveee) and banana, topped with brown sugar! 101_0056

101_0057 101_0058

101_0065Protein filled lunches…did you know that Flat-out Wraps (or at least the light ones) have 9 grams of protein in them?!? 101_0066

101_0068 101_0071 101_0072

I hadn’t had Tuna Fish Salad in forever! It’s SO good. And this whole wrap had like 50 grams of protein in it! Holy smokes. 101_0040 101_0041 101_0042

101_0043 Delicious nighttime snack!! 101_0052

101_0053 I’m so glad that I got so much accomplished this “break.” But it’s back to the grind tomorrow.

Verse of the Day: Psalm 59:16 (found here)

I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.

Have an incredible night! I’m off to eat some peach sorbet. YUM!

i’ve only caramelized bananas in the micro, never on the stove top. smart! love that you ate your oats in a mug, that’s my favorite method. apple sauce! yayy! and yay again for you being larabar’s fan of the day!

Those oats look fantastic, I have to try kath’s method soon!

Caramelized banana is ze best thing ever! I think it is even sweeter than sugar, if it is even possible? I usually microwave my bananas to get them all melty. Never tried the stove-top method though.

Congrats on being Lara’s fan of the day!
