Happy Monday, all! Hope everyone’s weekend was good. Mine certainly was! I got pretty much all my work done, which felt good.

This week is the last week of the quarter—eeek! I cannot believe I’m already through 1/4 of the year. High school really does FLY by!

I need to show you guys what my mom had waiting for me when I got home on Saturday. She had been grocery shopping and got me some special items 🙂 100_7643 100_7644 I was fortunate enough to find the Spooky Smores Z-bar! Mmm, twas delicious! But it didn’t taste all that much different than the others—but who cares. 😀 It’s all about the fall season and wrapping! 100_7612 100_7613

100_7615  I had a delicious bowl of oatmeal on Sunday morning. So good!

  • 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup+a little more water, 1/3 cup milk
  • cinnamon
  • banana
  • strawberries
  • coconut
  • DCD ❤



100_7654   100_7655 I definitely think I need to switch to 1/2 cup of oats—1/3 cup is too small, I think!

100_7658 Dinner on Sunday night, which functioned as both dinner and a post-workout meal, was a yogurt mess with the following:

  • 1 container fat free black cherry organic yogurt
  • Pumpkin Raisin Crunch Granola
  • Dark Chocolate Almond Granola
  • Crunchy Almond Oat Cereal
  • Honey Nut cheerios
  • strawberries
  • peanut butter

Yes, I used four different kinds of cereals :D

A fabulous breakfast—1/2 banana and strawberries with DCD, and an egg with provolone on whole wheat English muffin. Perfectly balanced breakfast 🙂

Today I had a lovely yoga workout. I did 45 (although it’s really almost 50) minutes of Yoga for Runners, followed by (20 minutes) of Incredible Abs. (Love that!!) Felt great and was very relaxing and my whole body felt like it got a workout 🙂

By the way, the title of this post is in reference to multiple choice tests, which I had this morning.  But it went very well, so I didn’t have to worry about Charlie-ing out 😉

Whenever I am struggling, I know that I can call out to the Lord and He will always help me get through hard times ❤

I can’t believe my eyes – since when do they have spiced pumpkin clif bars?! I seriously need to get to a grocery store. I love this season!

I really want to try the seasonal Clif and Z bars! Nothing like a li’l October loving!

And I love that you use 4 cereals in your breakfast! I use 2 or 3 regularly! 🙂 Nothing wrong with that!

Cograts on making through 1/4 of the quarter! Our quarter doesn’t end until early November. 😦

Yup, I always use 1/2 cup oats when I make oatmeal (which isn’t too often). Then 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of skim milk. Works pretty good for me!

Love that cereal mix girl!!! YUM!

Hey Hun!! I am a biiig fan of mixing my cereals too (as you know) and 4 kinds is not bad at all. hehehe I usually have your post-work out dinner as a snack but end up downing half a box of cereal if I see liquids remaining in the bowl. Yikes!

Yay for mama’s!!! I wish Zbars made a pumpkin flavor!! I’m sure kids would like it!!! 😛
