Hey girls! Hope everyone’s Friday is going well! Mine’s been fabulous so far.
It all started with an out-of-this-world-good breakfast. I could not decide what to have, but ended up choosing an omelet. My omelet contained the following: two whole eggs, tablespoon or so of water, broccoli, spinach, feta, sugar snap peas, corn, and tomato. Topped with laughing cow cheese, ketchup (SO GOOD on eggs!), and salsa. Now this breakfast was so good! Filled me up super well too. Mmm!
Plus POM, of course 😉 I need to get some sparkling water. I’ve heard from Emily that it plus POM= a fabulous Pom Spritzer!
After breakfast I quickly got ready to go to the dentist for my appointment to fix my chipped tooth. I got pushed into a swing-set pole in like third grade. Haha! It took literally like ten minutes.
Upon arriving home, I did some yoga! I did 20 minutes of Core Yoga and 20 minutes of Detox Challenge Flow. Loved these both so much! Afterwords, I did some strength moves inspired by Kath’s and Caitlin’s 10 minute strength routine. After all that, I am definitely feeling it. But it’s a great feeling 😀
Lunch was shortly after. I tried both of the Naturally More nut butters I received yesterday. In a nut butter-banana wrap! Mmm, I took a whole grain with flax flat out wrap, spread AB on one side, and PB on the other, spread some sliced banana, and threw it under the panini-press. Presto! (who says that?!) Haha! I also had a sliced apple and dark chocolate for “dessert.”
I love my nails! I don’t remember exactly what color I picked out (the name of it), but it’s definitely a red and bright! Love it!!
After doing some computer work (aka blog reading/commenting) for a bit and talking with the boyfriend via g-chat, I got my reading done for the day. Feels so good not to have to worry about reading later! Reading made me hungry! I just finished snacking on a Kashi GoLean Crunchy Bar (Chocolate Almond). Mmm! This was delicious. But then again, how can you go wrong with chocolate and almonds?

Everyone thinks I am SO weird for throwing in practically ALL the ingreidents you listed and then for topping it with tons of salsa, ketchup, and a little sour cream (close enough to laughing cow!) I mean really, who are we?! We MUST go to an omelet breakfast together because obviously we have great taste hahah

Your basketball camp sounds awesome – and it sounds like (except the lack of oat bran!) there was good food to enjoy too 🙂
I’m shocked and amazed by your breakfast (no oat bran??) Just kidding! I really need to try some new stuff I think, but I always worry it wont keep me full enough. I’m very particular about my breakfasts though. Yours sounds yuummy.
