I love breakfast.

Hey girls! Happy almost hump day! Hehe, I’m full of it.

First, here’s what I just finished snacking on after YOGGAA! Yoga went fabulous–I really love it. The class was great as usual and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. 100_3512

This is gonna have to be a short post because I gotta get ready for my science exam tomorrow that I kinda forgot about. Umm, whoops?! 😯 Okay to clarify I actually didn’t forget–my exam is open note/book/etc so I just need(ed) to organize my whole binder–After yoga I was like oohhh yeah, gotta do that. But it’s all done now and I am READY!

The eats were random and typical/boring except for my yummy breakfast!!! 100_3497

I made stove top oatmeal. And here’s what it had!100_3498

  • 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup milk
  • 5 dried prunes (I love these things!)
  • cinnamon and brown sugar
  • organic peanut butter

This bowl was insanely good. I didn’t want it to end! I’m thinking oat bran blended with prunes sometime this week. My mom also bought some cottage cheese which I heard from a special someone that it’s good blended in. Too bad I have no spinach–I am dying to try Polly’s green oats.

If you haven’t heard, Megan is having a giveaway–holey donuts. These things are amazing–go check it out! Here’s the post

Have a glorious night!

Hey Heather! Actually, yoga was later in the day, not after breakfast. I kinda skipped around in this post-sorry for the confusion but thanks for the comment 🙂

Blended prunes in oatmeal? Great idea – it will be so sweet and yummy! I look forward to seeing it.

Oohh, you mentioned me! I feel special. Cottage cheese is GREAT blended in oats. So is ricotta cheese. And for that matter, so is spinach! Isn’t experimenting with oat bran the greatest?? Hehe 🙂

That bowl of oats looks lusciousssss! Good luck on your test! I’m glad it’s open book/notes, but make sure you at least familiarize yourself with WHERE things are so you don’t spend the entire test time flipping through your binder! Maybe even write up a quickie table of contents page? 🙂 YUM peach sorbet? So good!

Thanks for commenting!! 🙂 I freakin’ adore Haagen Dazs sorbets. The raspberry, peach, and mango are all BOMB!! And you definitely reminded me how much I want to get back to yoga classes. I miss that feeling of having my ass kicked by a 60-year-old man who’s infinitely more flexible than I am. 😛

Best of luck on that exam! Open book/notes is a relief!
