The Highlights!

Heyyy there ladies! Hope you all’s Mondays went/are going well πŸ™‚ Mine was sleepy and tiring. Today was my last “real” Monday of this year. WOOHOO. It’s about time πŸ˜€

Well, the foods today in the earlier day were not all that interesting, so I think I’ll just show you the highlights (snack, dinner, snack)

Before I hit y’all with my snacks, here’s my workout!

  • 3 minutes stat. bike warm up
  • 20 minutes stepmill
  • 10 minutes stat. bike
  • Leg Work:
  • hamstring: 5 sets of 10 (30 pounds)
  • Adductor: 3 sets of 25 (30 pounds–working my way back up to more weight–pulled my groin a few months ago and I’m slowly nursing it back to health πŸ™‚ )
  • Abductor: 4 sets of 25 (50 pounds)
  • Calves: 25, 15, 10 (70 pounds)
  • Arm Work:
  • Row: 3 sets of 10 (30 pounds)
  • Seated Row: 3 sets of 10 (35 pounds)
  • Assisted Pull down (I think that’s the name-totally blanking!): 3 sets of 10 (4o pounds)
  • Tricep Extension: 3 sets of 10 (25 pounds)
  • Bicep Curl: 3 sets of 10 (20 pounds)
  • Stretching and Foam Roller

This workout was amazing–phenomenol πŸ™‚

Upon arriving home, I decided to try the Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch Cliff bar (what a mouthfull–but a yummy one!). I had it with an apple. This bar was amazing. One of my favorite by Cliff. YUM!100_3289





For dinner I had the other 1/2 of my sweet potato and turned it into delicious sweet potato fries. Addictingly healthy. Gotta love it! Along with the fries, I made a Flat out wrap pizza! I topped my “wrap” with tomato sauce, cheese, onion, zucchini, tomato, spianch, and blue cheese. This was so good! I burned it a little bit, but you couldn’t tell. Maybe not that minute longer next time? πŸ˜‰ 100_3297





I tried yet another Holey Donut tonight. I am so worried that they’re gonna go bad in the freezer–paranoid. I don’t want to make myself tired of them (like that’s possible! ) Tomorrow night I think I’ll switch it up. I need to share some with my fam as well. Spreading the donut love! ❀ 100_3305


I had the Strawberry Shortcake and it was even better than last night’s! Here’s my list so far:

  1. Strawberry Shortcake
  2. Raspberry Fudge
  3. Carmel Apple
  4. Lemon Graham Cracker (even though it’s last, it’s still AMAZING!)

And here’s the review: This was awesome–A lot like last night but more “fresh” if that makes sense. The inside is strawberry not raspberry, but they look similar. The inside filling was to die for and the topping got all melty. (please excuse the lighting changes)100_3311

Wonderful workout – I loving seeing a fellow girl who lifts heavy! That’s the way!

I’m obsessed with your flat-out wrap pizza. Looks fabulous! I’m adding zuchini and blue cheese to my next one, for sure!

I know I’m really far behind on commenting, but I’m catching up on your blog now. πŸ™‚

From previous posts: I have *really* curly hair, too. Like so curly (and long and thick!) that I single-handedly keep L’Oreal, Herbal Essences AND Suave in business with my weekly hair gel/spray/mousse purchases. Haha!

I love that you put an oatmeal pancake at the bottom of your bowl of oatmeal! What a great idea. πŸ™‚

Thanks for the pictures and reviews of Holey Donuts. I’m buying them as soon as I can convince myself to spend money on them….

hahahh you’re totally cracking me up with the 4.9999 reviews. hahaha that’s pretty hilarious… it makes me wonder where the 0.00000001 went though! It really does look good. So far it seems like the freezer hasn’t done too much damage to those donuts. hahaha

I love your flat out pizza!! I gotta try that too! How long do you bake your pizza in the oven for? I’m scared the thin wrap will burn out!!

Oh my goodness that donut looks so ooey and gooey! Mmm! I bet it was flippin’ amazing πŸ˜‰ heavennn in yo mouth! Baha. Anyways, all of your eats ALWAYS look delish. I LOVE THAT CLIF! All of the peanut butter Clifs are totally the way to go πŸ˜› The Mojo Bars are too! Hooray for the last real week of school!
