Hey ladies! Hope everyone’s Sunday has been wonderful! Mine has been surprisingly productive. I told myself everything was going to be done (homework wise) by two. And it was😀
Well, I woke up this morning with one thing on my mind: using that “little” yellow mug for oatmeal. And I wasn’t going to pass it up. I took lots of pictures, so beware! Here’s my oatmeal’s containage:
- 1 packet of maple and brown sugar oatmeal (cannot wait to get back to rolled oats on the stovetop..ahhh!)
- 1/3 cup both water and milk
- 1/2 an apple, chopped
- apple cinnamon trail mix
- organic peanut butter
It was delightful. It totally made me, and my tummy, smile!
Lunch: I had an avocado that I knew was going bad, so I needed to use it! I decided to make my favorite sandwich, an avocado-cheese one. YUM! I had it on a wrap instead of bread, and it was SO. GOOD. On the side I had carrots with ketchup, and an apple.
Yoga was amazing today, but it was also the hardest class I’ve been to. There were times that I just had to say “you can do this, you are NOT giving up.” I loved it! Something that challenges me is awesome in my opinion. Three people actually left during the class! It wasn’t easy, to say the least. Before yoga I did 20 minutes on the stationary bike just to let ya know. When I got back home, I cleaned the kitchen, cleaned all the countertops, loaded the dishwasher, swept, etc. Fun stuff ya know😉 I actually don’t mind it! Do any of you like cleaning? I love the way it looks afterwards!
Dinner: Simple, yet yummy. I just finished eating it actually. The plate is still on my desk. lol. I had a peanut butter sandwich and two clementines. I think I’m gonna go drink a glass of milk—my tired muscles need it!
